Jejuno-utero-vaginal fistula following forceps delivery

The AA report on a patient with a jejuno-utero-vaginal fistula following a forceps delivery, The AA stress the rarity of this obstretic complication and point out some clinical signs (denutrition, dehydration, irritating diarrhoea...) which are suggestive of a small intestinal fistula and which can easily be confirmed by fistulography. The excellent result obtained by a simple surgical procedure is also to be noted.
