Three cases report of mesoblastic nephroma before the age of six months

We report on three cases of mesoblastic nephroma in two infants aged 3 and 5 months and a 5-day-old newborn. The congenital mesoblastic nephroma represents 2 to 3% of the pediatric renal tumors. Its pathological, therapeutic, and prognostic features are different from the nephroblastoma. There are many controversies in its management. © 2014 Pan African Urological Surgeons' Association.
