Description
The redox response of a modified carbon nanotube paste electrode of ferrocenemonocarboxylic acid (FMC) was investigated. Differential pulse voltammetric peak currents of norepinephrine (NE) increased linearly with its concentrations at the range of 0.52 μM to 530 μM and the detection limit (3σ) was determined to be 0.16 μM. The diffusion coefficient (D) and transfer coefficient (α) of NE were also determined. Mixture of NE and folic acid (FA) can be separated from one another by differential pulse voltammetry. These conditions are sufficient to allow determination of NE and FA both individually and simultaneously. © 2011 by ESG.
