READSCAN: A fast and scalable pathogen discovery program with accurate genome relative abundance estimation

Summary: READSCAN is a highly scalable parallel program to identify non-host sequences (of potential pathogen origin) and estimate their genome relative abundance in high-throughput sequence datasets.
