Microscopic Theory of the Einstein optical scattering equations

We have obtained the phenomenological scattering formulae of Einstein by microscopic arguments starting from a Hamiltonian with quantised field. Here we report a calculation exact in intermolecular correlation up to third order. Subtle optical screening demands a searching logical analysis. © 1968.
