Description
This study is based on 143 instances of malignant nasopharyngeal tumors observed at the National Cancer Institute in Tunisia. This is the most common tumor in Tunisia. The ages of the patients varied between 10 and 78 years, the peak ages being between 50 and 59 years, and between the ages of 10 and 19 years (14.6% under age of 16 years). So‐called lymphoepitheliomas were the prevalent tumor type in the younger age group. Copyright © 1974 American Cancer Society
