We report two cases of myometrial arteriovenous fistula, the first in a 34-year-old woman with a history of molar pregnancy and the second in a 35-year-old woman who underwent removal of the intrauterine device, the latter had presented painless metrorrhagia for 4 months. The diagnosis was made on Doppler ultrasound during their follow-up. Our objective in this work was to show the role of ultrasound in the follow-up after symptomatic therapeutic gestures or not.
