Long-term GnRH agonist therapy before in vitro fertilization (IVF) for improving fertility outcomes in women with endometriosis

This is a protocol for a Cochrane Review (Intervention). The objectives are as follows: To determine the effectiveness and safety of long-term GnRH agonist therapy versus no pretreatment or other pretreatment modalities, (such as long-term continuous COC or surgical therapy), before standard IVF or ICSI in women with endometriosis.
