Subungual exostosis mimicking a keratoacanthoma

Subungual exostosis is a rare pathology reported in young subjects. Clinically, the lesion can mimic an ungueal incarnation or a paronychia. Diagnosis is mainly radiographic and treatment consists in a surgical resection. We report the case of a patient presenting a sub-ungual exostosis mimicking a keratoacantoma. © Nouv Dermatol 2013.
