In this paper, we provide accurate calculations of energy levels, oscillator strengths, and radiative rates of all types of transitions (E1, E2, M1, and M2) for He-like neon. GRASP2K, the latest version of the fully relativistic general-purpose relativistic atomic structure package (GRASP) code, was used to calculate the above-mentioned parameters among the lowest 97 levels. We have also considered relativistic effects by incorporating quantum electrodynamics (QED) and Breit corrections. The radiative lifetimes are reported for all the calculated levels. The present results are in good agreement with already published data in the literature (calculations and experimental data). Several new energy levels were found where no other theoretical or experimental results are available. We expect that our extensive calculations will be useful to experimentalists for identifying the fine-structure levels.
