A metal deficient, luminous, blue compact galaxy was discussed using S/N long-slit spectroscopy and SAO 6-m telescopes. Nitrogen overabundance in the supergiant region showed a non typical evolution track for HS 0837+4717 or a short transition phase of star formation. The disturbed ionized gas kinematics was an indication of counter rotation or a strong outflow. The long slit spectroscopy method revealed the complex morphology of the galaxy with a double nucleus structure and disturbed velocities of ionized gas.
