Crystallinity, surface morphology, and magnetic properties of La0.7Sr0.3MnO3 thin films: An approach based on the laser ablation plume range models

The influence of pulsed laser deposition (PLD) upon the magnetic properties, surface morphology and microstructure of La0.7Sr0.3MnO3 thin films was discussed. A strong correlation between the optimal distance (D = L0) and these parameters was found. The best electrical and magnetic properties were observed in the films deposited in a sharp transition window between P & D regions.
