Post-traumatic cerebral thrombophlebitis: About a case

Cerebral thrombophlebitis is a rare complication of head trauma. The diagnosis is difficult in the context of post-traumatic headaches. We report and discuss a case of post-traumatic brain thrombophlebitis in a 65-year-old woman, revealed by a consciousness disorder, in order to recall the difficulty of its management.
