We report a rare cause of hydrocephalus in a patient with a large fusiform aneurysm of the basilar trunk see on a brain CT-scan, indicated for a disorder of consciousness in a 74 years old hypertensive man with high cardiovascular risk. The cerebral CT-scan allows to establish the diagnosis and to eliminate differential diagnoses like the other causes of obstructives hydrocephalus, in the absence of other more invasive tests such as cerebral angiography.
