Helicobacter pylori infection in african children of ouagadougou

Biopsies of 104 African children with abdominal symptoms in Ouagadougou showed that 68.3% were infected with Helicobacter pylori bacteria. As a bacteriological test we used microscopic observation and urease research. There was no significant difference between boys and girls.
