Diagnostic problems posed by a post traumatic rounded radiologic mass in the thorax

The authors present the radio clinical record of a patient suffering from a trauma of the chest. A large rounded mass spontaneously regressive in 45 days was found. The different X rays and the diagnosis of the interlobar effusion are discussed.
