Video-assisted chest surgery. Hydatic cysts of the lung in children; [LA CHIRURGIE THORACIQUE VIDEO-ASSISTEE DES KYSTES HYDATIQUES DU POUMON CHEZ L'ENFANT]

10 children between 3 and 9 years old, have been operated on for an echinococcosis cyst of the lung, by a thoracoscopic procedure. It was a vomited cyst in 6 cases, a pyopneumocyst in 1 case, and a joung non complicated and univesicular cyst in 3 cases. The surgical procedure is described. We brought into being the operative conditions and it is nowadays an excellent alternative to the classical thoracotomy.
