Paraneoplastic polymyositis associated with breast cancer: A therapeutic emergency

The association of polymyositis and cancer was first described in 1916, the most frequent cancers being mammary and gynecological for women, bronchopulmo-nary for men and digestive for both. This article reports a severe paraneoplastic polymyositis associated with breast cancer.
