We report a case of a 47 year old man, refered in our departement for a brain computer tomography (CT)-scan for etiological research of convulsive crises. The CT-scan revealed a significant cerebral arteriovenous malformation occupying 60 to 70 % of the right cerebral hemisphere, with a lot of cortical drainage veins. Our aim is to describe on a CT-scan characteristics of paucisymptomatic arteriovenous malformation despite its size.
