Description
Angular distributions of the analyzing powers and differential cross sections for the reaction pd → 3Heπ0 are reported at Ep=350, 450 and 500 MeV. The measured cross sections are generally in good agreement with previous measurements of this and other isospin related reactions. The data are compared to the results of various theoretical models none of which give fully satisfactory agreement with the cross section data while the only calculation of analyzing powers is in poor accord with the experimental results. © 1987.
